Motorcycle Raffle
We love our C-47, the "Bluebonnet Belle", but she is one high maintenance Lady! Help the Highland Lakes Squadron and the "Belle" by purchasing a motorcycle Raffle Ticket for $5 (5 for $20, 30 for $100). This is our primary means of raising money to support our "Belle". All proceeds go toward the restoration, maintenance, and general upkeep of our beautiful warbird. You could be the winner of the brand new 2008 Harley-Davidson Sportster 883 pictured above. Just complete and return the coupon below with the appropriate payment by 12/06/2008. Directions and addresses are on the form. The winner, who does not have to be present, will be selected by random drawing at our Squadron Dinner December 14, 2008.
A special Texas-sized "Thanks podners" goes out to Cowboy Harley-Davidson in Austin, Texas for special consideration in the purchase of the Sportster and to Magnum Trailers in Austin, Texas for the donation of the motorcycle trailer. (Sorry, the trailer is not part of the raffle.) Without businesses like these supporting our mission and goals, it would be next to impossible keeping these old warbirds airworthy and flying.
